The Sound of Music

I am sure everyone heard of the name of it and I have been watching this more than 20 times. I still remember when I got the first videotape. When I was five or six, mum picked me and my sister to the supermarket and buy videotape. Some big supermarkets sell videotapes. I remember that my fisrt choice was "Beauty and the beast" but i couldn't find it in the store. My sister ignored me and chose this for me. What a kid needs is cartoon but not this. I cried for a whole day. When we went back home, i insist not to take an eye of it; however, the music is so nice and I betrayed myself. Until now, it is still one of my favourite movie. And I am honest to say it is a legend.

Today I spent around three hours to watch this. I found something new this time. Captain Von Trapp and his family were faithful to their country. They rather left their lovely country, big house and fame but they were not willing to loyal to Germany. I can see that they were so proud of being an Austrian. Captain sung the Austrian folk song--edelweiss on the stage, it is the most touching scene. In the past, i was only focused on the music but I think I have learnt something more meaningful.
